Monthly billing only
No annual prepay. Membership renews monthly until canceled.

Three steps to begin
Schedule a Concierge Discovery Call
A complimentary 30-minute private call with Dr. Stacee to decide together if concierge is the right fit. Investment and tier specifics are reviewed on this call.
Complete enrollment
If aligned, the member signs a concierge agreement, completes onboarding paperwork, and selects a tier.
Begin with an extended intake
Each concierge year opens with an extended intake visit. From there, the cadence and rhythm belong to the member.

What members usually ask before joining
What counts as a clinical visit?
Any in-person treatment: an acupuncture follow-up, a standalone APIT injection (including joint regeneration), or an acupuncture session that includes an APIT add-on. You decide what you need each month and we use your monthly visit allotment flexibly.
What does membership cost?
Specific monthly investment for both tiers is reviewed privately during the complimentary Concierge Discovery Call. This keeps the first conversation focused on whether concierge is the right fit before any numbers enter the room.
What if a member needs more visits in a busy month?
Additional visits are available at member rates when clinically indicated. Dr. Stacee will discuss any expanded cadence as part of the care plan, not at the front desk.
Are labs included in the membership?
Dr. Stacee's time to order, interpret, and adjust the protocol based on labs is included. Labs are run when they're clinically useful, not on a schedule. The lab kit fees themselves (which vary by panel) are passed through at the lab's cost, and Dr. Stacee discusses cost before ordering anything.
Can a spouse or family member share a membership?
Concierge Elite includes one acupuncture intake visit per year for a partner or family member in the household. Beyond that, additional family members can become their own members or schedule à la carte appointments.
What if a member needs to cancel?
Membership is monthly with 30 days' notice for cancellation. No long-term commitment.
What happens with messaging at nights and weekends?
All clinical messages receive a response within 24 hours, every day of the week. Concierge is not an emergency service. For acute or emergency situations, please call 911 or your emergency room.
